Dream Weaver

Like I said earlier, I got to get me some kind of hippie shit tapestry weaving textile thing for my walls. What really got me going on this idea was seeing this:

At the time I went right to eBay and managed to find a somewhat awesome specimen. But I got scared, since it was definitely some hippie shit, and I didn't buy it. (I didn't save a picture of it, either, unfortunately.) Since the weaving that I really loved was handmade (by artist/cobbler Beatrice Valenzuela), I went and bought a crafty booklet on the topic, but yeah, I haven't gotten around to making my own weaving. Now I can't find anything good on eBay, perhaps I am not using the right search terms of maybe there just aren't a lot of good ones out there. A recent search did turn up this little gem:

I managed to refrain from buying it, although I was sorely tempted.
